Responsibility

  • Provide a first and continual point of contact for prospective families from inquiry through to enrollment of new students.
  • Be responsible for fielding, filtering, and effectively responding to inquiries received via telephone, email, social media and in person.
  • Provide information and advice to applicants on Admissions from first inquiry through to enrollment.
  • Process student applications, obtain student references and work with the team to ensure applicants’ eligibility (including checks on the validity of documentation).
  • Follow best-practice Admissions procedure and engage on-going development and training.
  • Record and report accurate and timely information in Open-Apply, our Admissions online information management system.
  • Support school orientation events at each new quarter or semester Support rolling admissions and induction processes for new students.
  • Attend events including international school fairs to recruit new students.
  • Support Booth & Event in-house and Outside of the university.

• Must be able to speak fluent Thai and English

• Bachalor Degree required  

• Hands on and proactive person

• Initiative and Creative person
