Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure software and computer systems.
  • Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance.
  • Identifying hardware, software and database solutions.
  • Maintaining databases and resolved database issues.
  • Updating version of computer hardware, software and database.
  • Apply patch for hardware, software and database.
  • Review and resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
  • Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.
  • Resolving customer issues.
  • Following up with customers to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
  • Support the implementation of new solutions for customer.
  • Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology (IT), Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Related field.
  • 2+ years experience working in IT service management or a similar role.
  • Have technical knowledge of server, database, network, and security.
  • Excellent management skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to search internally/externally for support information.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Service mind, and willing to learn with multi-task skills.
  • Leadership and the right making decision is a must.
