Responsibilities:
· Selecting Suppliers and Subcontractors for Approved Vendor List related to Company Policy
· To procure goods and services as per assignment
· To compare and negotiate with Suppliers and Subcontractors for the requirement of suitable cost, delivery on time, and receipt of qualified goods and services
· Coordinating with related suppliers and subcontractors both local and overseas, external and internal
· Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors in case of warranty claim
· Internal paymentprocess
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of experience. Experience in hiring subcontractors would be a great advantage.
· Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes and policy
· Negotiation skill
· IT Knowledge
· High sense of responsibility
· Enthusiastic and willing to learn
· Positive attitude, pleasant personality, good human relations and co-ordination
