• Develop and oversee student activities program to create healthy and pleasant environment for students, including but not limited to student-oriented activities from pre-matriculation to graduation, e.g. orientation, open house, commencement ceremonies, and community building activities.
  • Assist in keeping the school compliant with state, national, and organizational standards of compliance.
  • Planning and/or execution of daily, weekly, monthly activities; creating monthly activities calendar.
  • Assists in developing, planning, and coordinating special events including but not limited to student/faculty events, recreational activities and student leadership development opportunities.
  • Assists and advises student organizations regarding program planning, use of facilities, program arrangements, services and available equipment.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s degree in college student affairs, higher education or guidance and counseling or related area highly preferred.
  • Experience with managing budgets, planning student activities, and advising student groups
  • Must be able to work well under pressure, work independently, take initiative and oversee a variety of projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to establish close working relationships with students, faculty and staff.
  • Understand both of eastern and western culture.
  • Communicate fluently in Thai and English. (Chinese is plus)
