From February 28 to March 1, 2025, CMKL University, in collaboration with NVIDIA, OpenACC, SIAM AI, AI Engineering Institute, and Float16, hosted the End-to-End LLM Bootcamp alongside AI GENESIS FESTIVAL at Central World, Thailand. These two events brought together AI enthusiasts, industry experts, and researchers to explore the latest advancements in AI development, deployment, and creative applications.
The End-to-End LLM Bootcamp was a hands-on training experience designed to equip participants with practical AI knowledge, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and real-world AI deployment.
Spanning two days, the bootcamp covered:
-Training AI models using BERT and NVIDIA NeMo™ for Question Answering tasks
-Optimizing LLMs using NVIDIA TensorRT™ for high-performance deep learning inference
-Ensuring AI safety with NeMo Guardrails to regulate AI model responses
-Deploying AI pipelines using NVIDIA Triton™ Inference Server for scalable production applications
Participants were challenged to pre-process datasets, applying what they learned in a competitive AI challenge. Two winners emerged victorious, receiving NVIDIA GPUs (RTX 4090 & 5080) valued at 40,000-50,000 THB, highlighting the impact of AI expertise in real-world scenarios.
While the bootcamp focused on AI engineering, AI GENESIS FESTIVAL by Siam AI transformed the venue into an interactive AI-powered experience, showcasing the latest AI applications in music, creative technology, and industry innovations.
Highlights included:
The End-to-End LLM Bootcamp and AI GENESIS FESTIVAL successfully bridged the gap between AI research, practical implementation, and creative expression. These events underscored Thailand’s growing role as a hub for AI innovation, fostering collaboration between academia, industry, and technology leaders.
With AI evolving rapidly, CMKL and its partners remain committed to empowering the next generation of AI talent, driving innovation, and shaping the future of AI applications across industries.
