After submitting your application on the CMKL portal, please select “CMKL Payment Gateway” to pay the application fee using a credit or debit card. You will receive a payment instruction email from CMKL Payment Service at payment@cmkl.ac.th. If you do not receive this email, please reach out to admissions@cmkl.ac.th for assistance.
CMKL offers several options for fee waivers based on eligibility, as outlined below. Please ensure you submit the required documentation for each option:
If applicants meet the standard documentation requirements, they will receive an invitation from the admissions office via email, which will include the date, time, and instructions for the interview. Applicants are allowed to prepare a presentation or showcase a past project during their self-introduction interview.
After the interview process, applicants who successfully pass will receive an acceptance letter. Those who do not pass will receive a rejection letter, while some may be placed on a waitlist. The result will be out before the notification date for each intake.
Please note that financial aid applications may require additional time for processing and decision-making.
It covers the possible decisions along with what each means for your next steps, as well as impacts associated with each decision. Understanding these categories helps applicants navigate their response and prepare for the next phase in their academic journey.
The applicant has been selected for admission based on their academic achievements and potential to contribute to the program and campus community. An official offer letter will be provided, and the applicant must confirm acceptance by the specified deadline.
If you are unable to begin your studies as planned, admitted students may request to defer their enrollment for up to one academic year. Deferral requests must be submitted in writing before the enrollment deadline and include a valid reason, such as medical issues, family emergencies, or visa delays. Approval is not guaranteed and will be granted on a case-by-case basis; supporting documentation may be required.
If an admitted applicant chooses to reject the offer, they must formally notify the institution by the confirmation deadline. The seat will be released to other eligible candidates, including those on the waitlist. Rejected offers are final for that application cycle, but the applicant may reapply in future intakes.
The applicant confirms their intent to join after receiving an admission offer. It secures their spot in the program. Applicants must formally accept their admission through the CMKL portal. Once accepted, your status will be displayed as "Award" in the portal. If you choose to accept the offer, you are required to complete the necessary form and process your deposit. Upon acceptance, the student’s name will be moved to the enrollment list, and they will receive further instructions on registration and orientation. Failure to respond by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the admission offer.
This status indicates that the admissions committee has reviewed the application and determined that the applicant does not meet the necessary criteria for admission. The applicant is recommended to reapply to the program with a stronger profile in the next admission cycle.
Waitlist refers to a status given to applicants when the number of applications has reached the limit that the program can accept. If some admitted applicants choose to deny their offers, applicants on the waitlist may be offered admission to fill those available spots.
Being on the waitlist means that there is still a chance for acceptance, depending on the decisions of those who were initially admitted.
If you have been accepted into the program, your status in the CMKL portal will be updated to “Award.” At this point, you will need to complete the required form and submit any necessary documents.
If you decide not to accept the offer, you have the option to formally decline it by taking the appropriate action in the CMKL portal.
If you accept the offer and complete the required form, our admissions department will forward your information to the finance department. You will then receive an email regarding a deposit of 50,000 THB. This deposit is required to secure your seat in the program and will be credited toward your tuition fee balance for the first semester of your enrolled academic year.
Once the deposit is completed, you will need to proceed with the payment of tuition and fees. This process will be managed by the finance department.
