We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Communications Officer to lead and execute strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and recruiting prospective students—locally and internationally. You will be responsible for developing compelling content, managing digital channels, supporting outreach initiatives, and helping shape the public perception of the university as a destination for high-quality, future-ready education.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about higher education, storytelling, and engaging with students through data-driven campaigns and authentic brand experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems and student journey marketing is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Thai; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase student applications and enrollment.
- Coordinate digital advertising, print media, events, and outreach materials targeting domestic and international students.
- Monitor market trends and student recruitment analytics to optimize marketing strategies.
Content Development & Storytelling:
- Create engaging content (videos, blogs, social media posts, student testimonials, etc.) that highlights university programs, campus life, and student success stories.
- Work closely with faculty, alumni, and current students to develop authentic narratives aligned with the university brand.Digital & Social Media Management
- Manage the university’s student recruitment website and social media channels.
- Plan and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, inquiries, and conversions.
- Work with external vendors and agencies to improve digital reach and campaign
ROI.Event & Outreach Coordination:
- Support and promote university open houses, info sessions, high school visits, education fairs, and webinars.
- Collaborate with admissions and academic departments to ensure consistent and accurate program messaging.
Brand Management & Internal Communications:
- Ensure brand consistency across all recruitment and marketing materials.
- Assist with internal communication tools to inform students and stakeholders about recruitment initiatives and campaign updates.
