π€ Meet, Prof. Neil Weste, he is a veteran of the semiconductor and WiFi industries. He has a BSc, BE(Elec), Ph.D., and DE from the University of Adelaide. His field of study was integrated IC design systems. He spent 18 years in the USA at Bell Labs, Duke University, University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill), Symbolics, and TLW Inc. He co-authored the popular textbook "Principles of CMOS VLSI Design" which has been used for nearly 40 years worldwide to teach chip design in universities. He cofounded OzRunways, where he co-wrote Australia's leading electronic flight book for pilots.
