The Human Resources Officer is responsible for designing and implementing human
resources policies and procedures in order to improve employee satisfaction, reduce turnover,
and attract top talent to fill open positions. The HR officer will evaluate employee programs,
recommend improvements to employee relations policies, and make sure that all employee-
related policies in each department align with the university’s goals and with established
regulations. The HR officer will also handle the details of the recruitment process for new
hires, including communicating with shortlisted candidates and coordinating interviews, to
ensure that the candidates selected represent the best match to the needs of the position and
that new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization. ‍


Detailed job responsibilities:

  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions and managing the selection and hiring
    process.
  • Generating contracts for full-time employees and contractors as well as informing them of the
    benefits and payment process.
  • Onboarding new employees and training existing employees.
  • Ensuring accurate, secure recording and maintenance of employee information.
  • Monitoring employee performance and managing annual performance evaluations.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Assisting in benefits enrollment and administration.
  • Addressing employee inquiries related to benefits and collaborating with benefits providers to
  • ensure accurate administration.
  • Communicating with the Finance Team regarding payroll and employee data records.
  • Staying up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or other related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources or a related role.
  • Good English proficiency and computer literacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities, service-minded and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Analytical and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of Thai labor law.
