InstructionalDesigner Job Responsibilities:
● Assistingour faculty to design and create learning content for Competency based AI andComputer Engineering program
● Develops and designs courses and curriculum.
● Creates learning experiences and environments.
● Designs learning activities, assignments, andassessments.
● Creates Competency-basedlearning modules.
● Develops instructor’s manuals, rubrics, and otherteaching tools.
● Collaborates with subject experts to develop coursecontent.
● Keeps current on best practices in instructionaldesign.
InstructionalDesigner Qualifications/Skills
● Knowledge of instructional theory, includingassessment
● Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
● Excellent project management and organizationalskills
● Experience with design platforms
● Familiarity with course management systems
● Excellent written and oral communication skills
● Critical thinking skills
● Ability to prioritize and manage multiplesimultaneous deadlines
● Willingness to collaborate with public and privateorganizations in advancing technology and transforming organizations.
Education andExperience Requirements:
● MS or higher degree in instructional design,education, or related field
● Having a bachelor degree in Computer Science andComputer Engineering and programming skills is a plus!
● Previous experience in instructional design
