Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Screen/review online applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, ability and develop a short list of potential candidates to forward to the supervisor
Manage recruiter services to provide quality candidates within target lead time to close the recruitment process and within budget.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Ensure the employee on-boarding experience of new employees is adhered to andemployees are inducted and oriented appropriately.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2 years of recruiting experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing (Thai and English)
Comfortable making decisions independently
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
