Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Screen/review online applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, ability and develop a short list of potential candidates to forward to the supervisor
  • Manage recruiter services to provide quality candidates within target lead time to close the recruitment process and within budget.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Ensure the employee on-boarding experience of new employees is adhered to andemployees are inducted and oriented appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing (Thai and English)
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
