Strategic Planning Analyst

Responsibility

• Creating organization charts and flowcharts that depict how the organization operates
• Consolidate strategy for medium-term plan and annual plan of the project under supervision.
• Participating in meetings with other employees to discuss goals, objectives, and tasks for upcoming projects
• Identifying opportunities for improvement within the company or organization’s current business practices
• Analyzing data to determine potential risks or opportunities for growth in different areas of business
• Researching industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth
• Drafting reports on findings and presenting them to leadership staff members
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinating with external partners and stakeholders to develop mutually beneficial relationships
• Preparing budgets and forecasts based on company goals and objectives

Qualification

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
• Good command in English and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the relevant field of at least 1-5 years.
• Competency in Data Analysis, Economic & Industry Analysis, Business Strategy/Management, Business Financial Analysis/Modeling Project Management
• Technical background, IT knowledge, or AI will be an advantage.
