New student cards
All students are automatically issued ID cards once they start at CMKL. Students should be able to pick up their new ID cards from the registrar's office before the semester begins.
At CMKL University, your ID card is required for accessing campus facilities and maintaining security. Your ID card allows you to enter university buildings and access our cutting-edge amenities, including laboratories, common rooms, and study rooms.

If you have a problem with your ID card or need a replacement, please fill out the order an ID card replacement form or contact the Student Affairs Office. Some fee may be applied.
If your student card has been stolen, it will be replaced free of charge. Students will need to be able to provide proof that you have reported the theft to the police.
If you are requesting a replacement card due to a name change, your old card has expired or is unreadable because of general wear and tear. Cards that are damaged must be returned to the front office.
The new card will be ready to collect 2 business days after the transaction date.
