Course Registration‍

Course registration is the process by which students enroll in classes for an upcoming academic term. It typically involves selecting courses based on degree requirements, prerequisites, and personal interests while ensuring they fit within the designated credit limits. 

Universities provide a registration period during which students can browse course offerings, check seat availability, and finalize their schedules through an online portal. Some courses may have restrictions, such as departmental approval or priority enrollment for certain students. Additionally, students may need to consider factors like time conflicts, instructor preferences, and course load balance. After initial registration, there is often an add/drop period that allows students to make changes to their schedules before finalizing their selections.

Important Note:

• International students in any degree program are required to enroll in 36 units per semester as full-time students.

• The A1CE Platform is AiCE students' personalized learning and tracking milestone platform throughout the AiCE undergraduate program. It offers a competencies registration system and enrollment services to help undergraduates efficiently manage their academic progress. It also provides counseling services to support students in staying on track with their studies, ensuring they meet program requirements and deadlines. Whether registering for courses or seeking guidance on academic planning, students can rely on A1CE for structured support.

It serves as a centralized space for engaging with coursework and communicating with instructors.

Omega Platform

• The Omega Platform functions as a comprehensive academic portal where students can register for graduate courses and securely store their personal and academic information. It allows users to update their grades, keeping track of their academic progress over time. Additionally, students can conveniently view and download their unofficial transcripts, making it easy to access important academic records when needed. ‍
